Information Collected Automatically
At present, we do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools on any of our websites. We do not collect IP addresses, browsing history, or device identifiers for marketing or analytics purposes.
If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated before any tracking tools are activated, and where required by law, we will obtain your consent prior to such collection.
Information From Third Parties
We may receive basic transactional information from Stripe (our payment processor) confirming that a purchase was completed. We do not receive your full payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe and never pass through our systems.

6. Third-Party Service Providers
We share personal information only with the service providers necessary to operate our business. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing their service to us.
Stripe, Inc. Stripe processes payments on our behalf. When you make a purchase, you are directed to Stripe’s secure checkout environment. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information, billing address, and related transaction data under its own Privacy Policy (available at stripe.com/privacy). Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 standards. Stripe may transfer your data to the United States. For EU/UK residents, Stripe relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.
ActiveCampaign, LLC We use ActiveCampaign to manage our email marketing communications. When you opt into our email list, your name and email address are stored in ActiveCampaign’s systems. ActiveCampaign is headquartered in the United States. For EU/UK residents, data transfers to ActiveCampaign are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Workspace (Gmail) We use Google Workspace for business email communications. Emails you send to any @cortexengine.ai address are processed through Google’s infrastructure. Google’s Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. International Data Transfers
Our service providers, including Stripe and ActiveCampaign, are based in the United States. When your personal information is transferred outside of Canada or the European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and equivalent transfer mechanisms under PIPEDA.
For Australian residents: We disclose that your personal information may be transferred to and stored in Canada and the United States. By using our services, you consent to this cross-border transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- Email marketing data: Retained while your subscription is active. Deleted or anonymized within 90 days of unsubscription upon request.
- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under Canadian tax law.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include use of HTTPS encryption on all websites, access controls on email and service accounts, and contractual security requirements with our service providers.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
